Recreation area Remeši visitor regulations
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable holiday while relaxing in our holiday homes, we invite you to familiarize yourself with and follow the rules below.

Residence rules
Each holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (the number of people indicated when booking).
From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM is the quiet hour, when making noise (playing music, operating vehicles, being loud, etc.) is prohibited.
You may listen to your music player at a volume that is loud enough for other vacationers to hear. After 11:00 PM, music is prohibited; this is a time for conversation, nature, and relaxation.
Street shoes are not allowed indoors; they must be placed in the designated area.
It is prohibited to drive your own vehicle to the holiday home. It must be parked in the designated parking space upon arrival at the property.
The resort is designed for peaceful relaxation in the company of close friends, so loud or inappropriate behavior is not acceptable here. If these rules are violated, the staff may ask the guest to leave the resort area.
The holiday home is not responsible for belongings and valuables left in the holiday home or on the premises.
We have a lot of things made of wood, so it is forbidden to burn candles in the holiday home, as well as to bring in and store flammable objects and substances.
Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
You can reschedule your reservation no later than 7 days before the date of an existing reservation.
Refunds are made within 72 hours of the cancellation of the reservation. The money is returned to the same payment card from which the payment for the reservation was made.
Children
Children under the age of 18 may only stay at the Remeši recreation area under the supervision and presence of their parents. Parents are responsible for the care and safety of their children. Children must not be left unattended or alone.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at the Remeši recreation area.
Grill
Please use the grill only in open areas (do not move it or place it under roofs or trees). Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
Heating
The house is heated with electric radiators, the required temperature is provided remotely. In the KAIJA holiday home, you can use a fireplace for additional warmth and coziness. In the PUPUĶIS holiday home, heat is provided by a heat pump.
Fireplace stove (KAIJA)
The fireplace stove may only be fired with prepared firewood, and only with paper. Before using the stove, check that the stove/chimney damper is in a horizontal position. When lighting the stove, the lower damper must be pulled out; after lighting the stove, it can be gradually closed to maintain heat. The stove must not be left unattended.
Tub
The recommended water temperature in the tub is between 37°C and 40°C. Make sure the water temperature does not exceed 45°C.
Depending on the air temperature, heating the hot tub will take approximately 2-3 hours. When guests arrive at the recreation area, the hot tub will already be heated; they will only need to add additional fuel to reach the desired water temperature. Firewood for heating the hot tub may ONLY be taken from the designated storage area. Water heats up quickly from warm to hot, so when the water is warm to the touch, add logs one at a time to the stove. The hot tub cover must be removed and placed on the terrace, near the bedroom wall. After using the hot tub, the cover must be put back on. It is STRICTLY forbidden to climb on the cover, place items, etc. on it. After using the hot tub, the cover must be put back on and the fasteners must be secured.
It is forbidden to pour water into the oven, this may cause damage to the tub, oven and explosion!
It is not allowed to add any kind of cosmetics to the tub.
It is strictly forbidden to pollute the tub.
Glassware, drugs, or other psychotropic substances may not be used in the hot tub area.
Territory:
It is prohibited to drive a car into the recreation area. It must be parked in the designated parking space upon arrival at the area.
It is prohibited to be on the water after dark (swimming, using a SUP board or boat).
The guest uses the services for which he has applied and paid.
Receiving guests is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that there are more people in the area or at home than the number of people stated in the reservation, guests will be asked to leave the area of the recreation area without refunding the payment made.
Open flames/fires are only allowed in designated areas: in a metal fire pit or grill, when baking or grilling food. The grill must be placed outdoors, not under a roof or trees.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed indoors while staying at “Remeši”. You may smoke on the porch and outdoors, without disturbing other vacationers.
ATTENTION! Cigarette butts are only allowed to be thrown into specially designated bins located on the porches of houses. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground or smoking indoors will result in a fine.
Waste
Waste may only be disposed of in specially designated waste bins. Fines may be imposed for throwing waste on the ground or in an unauthorized place.
RESTING PLACE Remeši PROHIBITED
Bring and store fireproof materials and use devices with open flames (including candles).
Lighting fires in places not intended for this purpose, sawing, chopping down, breaking or otherwise damaging trees and plants, or greenery in the territory.
Damage the “Remeši” inventory and premises. It is strictly forbidden to take furniture (tables and chairs intended for indoor use) out of the premises. It is strictly forbidden to move/move large furniture and appliances (for example; sofa, bed, armchairs, etc.).
If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform the “Remeši” staff immediately. If the damage is caused by the guest, an invoice will be issued for payment, depending on the extent of the damage.
For information
When leaving your accommodation for a short time, guests are advised to lock it and keep the key with them. The fee for losing a key is 20 EUR.
The home must be left clean and tidy after your stay, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
In the event that guests violate any of the above rules, “Remeši” staff has the right to ask them to leave the holiday homes and territory, canceling the reservation. The payment made will not be refunded.
Security:
For security and order purposes, video surveillance is carried out in the territory. Video surveillance is carried out in real time and is necessary to protect the vital interests of employees, customers, etc. data subjects, including their health and life. Video cameras are placed in such a way as to ensure only security functions and not to process personal data that is not necessary. The recreation area ensures complete deletion of data if it has not been previously requested or if no criminal transactions or other security violations have been detected.
The holiday homes are equipped with a security system and smoke and heat detectors 24/7, and each house has a fire extinguisher.
