Refund

• 14+ days If the reservation is canceled 14 days or more before the reservation date, the money will be refunded in full.
• 7–14 days If the reservation is canceled between 7 and 14 days before the reservation date, the deposit is refunded. 50%.
• ≤ 7 days If a reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the reservation date, the money for the reservation will not be refunded.

Refunds are made within 72 hours of the reservation cancellation to the same payment card used to pay for the reservation.
